Inner PVC* Barrier
Type II, Grade 1 polyvinyl chloride conforming to ASTM/D 1784-69, standard range 3/16" to 1/4" thick; per Duall specification 211-06

Exterior FRP Overlay
Conforms to mechanical requirements of ASTM C 582-95 and NBS PS 15-69; standard range 1/8" to 1/2" thick; equal to GSL-1001-CNL with a corrosion and UV-resistant exterior top coat.

Temperature Tolerance
Stable to temperatures well over 200°F depending on the inner liner specified.

Impact Resistance
Impact resistance varies with the inner barrier material, but is consistently above the impact strength of FRP alone.

Ultra-Violet Resistance
All topcoats are pigmented and contain UV inhibitors.

Corrosion Resistance
Duall can design a DUALLast® construction that will be specifically selected for your particular application from a wide variety of inner laminate materials. DUALLast® construction is ideal for highly corrosive environments such as hypochlorous acid and chlorine dioxide.

Certified Test Data
DUALLast® construction is certified to have the following minimum properties:
Tensile Strength
10,000 PSI
Flexural Strength
10,500 PSI
Shear Strength
7,500 PSI
Comprehensive Strength 17,500 PSI

Leakproof Construction
Thermoplastic inner liner allows for spark tested, leakproof integrity not always assured by FRP fabrication.

Economy
DUALLast® is a cost effective, corrosion resistant alternative to exotic, expensive metals such as stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy C and others.

* DUALLast® construction is also available with PVDF, CPVC and polypro inner barrier to meet specific corrosion and temperature conditions. Full specifications and test data available upon request.
